What are the chances that my brother has H1N1?

My father had a cold a week ago and it seemed to have gone away, today he came from work and has a fever of about 37.5 Celcius and feels out of it, he is now sleeping. Today is the first day he has felt these symptoms, is there anyway of knowing if he has H1N1?
