Does anyone here use K12 Homeschool academy and what is the difference from VIRTUAL Public School online ?

K12 is a virtual school. Probably what they mean is that they are a virtual public school in states which permit them to operate as distance learning (affiliated with a public school in-state) which is paid for by taxpayers and a virtual school in those states which do not permit distance learning and the parent pays tuition.
I have never used it, but I did go to a presentation, something I would recommend to anyone interested. You get to look over the materials and ask questions. If your state requires public schools to include PE or state history (or?) you need to ask if they include those. At the demo I went to, it was marketed as free homeschooling. Taxpayers know it’s not free and homeschoolers know it’s not homeschooling so I don’t think much of their integrity.

K12 is public school no matter how they try to phrase it.
