What health care employment site is the best one to place resumes?

I actually have two questions. 1) What health care employment site is the best one to place resumes? and 2) I’d like help preparing my resume, so that it may stand out. So, does anyone have suggestions for that?
There is much debate about this and most folk who work in health care may not consider a chaplain as a health care professional. Be that what it may, chaplains are employed by health care institutions and that is why I have posed my question here.
